Packages are shipped from mainland France to the whole world by “Colissimo” post.
Insurance is taken out on each shipment which allows reimbursement or exchange of the contents of the package in the event of deterioration of the latter during its delivery. Any anomaly and damage to the package must be noted before signing the delivery slip, in fact once the slip is signed, the insurance becomes null and void.

The average delivery time: to metropolitan France is 2 to 4 working days.
